At 18650 Batteries, we stand by the quality of our power solutions and offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, batteries that have been charged, discharged, or show signs of terminal wear cannot be accepted for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the batteries in their original protective cases and use a sturdy shipping box with appropriate non-conductive padding to prevent movement during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it to our processing center using a carrier that provides tracking and hazardous materials compliance if applicable.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the cell voltage and physical condition of the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
